I called these guys in a midnight panic after a drain and dishwasher connection went rogue. Their call-out fee was substantially cheaper than the other three 24h companies I had called, and they were extremely polite over the phone. The potential processes and costs associated were explained to me prior to confirming the booking which added a well-needed layer of confidence that the problem was easily fixable.
