We had a hose burst at 1am under our bathroom basin. That exposed a series of issues with our plumbing that Daniel identified quickly when he arrived. The water was turned off and the issues explained to us clearly and costings given despite it being 3.30am. The new hot water service arrived mid afternoon the same day with some brass fittings required. The job was completed on work inside and out in a day and they were very neat and respectful. Our dishwasher kept retaining water in the base so we gave Daniel a call to take a look. He came on the same day we called but found no problem in the drains themselves so it looked to be a faulty dishwasher. Didn’t charge us anything as he said “I wasn’t here long”.
