I had been dealing with a blocked drain for days and tried everything before calling Fast Direct Plumbing. Tony came out the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it sorted within an hour. What impressed me most was how respectful and tidy he was, no mess left behind. He also explained what caused the blockage and gave tips on how to prevent it in the future. Excellent service, fair pricing, and super friendly. Will definitely be using them again!

We had a burst hot water unit late one evening and were in a complete panic with water everywhere. I called Fast Direct Plumbing and Daniel answered straight away. He was calm, professional, and reassured me that help was on the way. He arrived within 45 minutes, shut off the water, and had everything under control. The next morning, he installed a brand new hot water unit for us. Daniel was friendly, explained all our options clearly, and his work was neat and efficient. I can’t thank him enough, an absolute lifesaver. Highly recommend!

I had a water leak in the wall, leaking under my house. Kristian came out the following day and the most appropriate method was explored. The redirection of the water pipes saved us from needing to cause damage to gain access to the leak and and the works commenced, and carried out on the external of the wall from the hot water service.Kristian is extremely friendly and communicated well throughout the stressful process, putting my mind at ease. The job was completed. Recommended!
