Tony was polite and knowledgeable, and after a comprehensive check was able to quickly identify existing problems that we were not aware of. He also offered multiple solutions to the job we had enquired about. Pricing was competitive. A highly recommended service.

I had Oscar and Tony install a new double shower hose and head and also repaired the taps. They were very professional and their workmanship was spot on. I needed assistance with my blocked toilet in an emergency kind of situation. Their communication was efficient and they were happy to accommodate given the short notice and followed up the next day as well etc. Their charges also seemed reasonable and whilst I didn’t need require their services in the end I was happy with their communication and professionalism. Spoke to Daniel on the phone last night after my hot water system exploded. I was absolutely frantic and he was very understanding and organised the job straight away. George came out within half an hour, was very prompt and professional. Very helpful with sorting out the issue. I was so happy with these guys. I will never use another plumber again. I called the company around 9 pm on a Saturday night due to a blocked drain in our ground-floor toilet. Daniel arrived at the property within an hour and used a high-pressure jet and CCTV inspection to unblock the drain.The report was detailed, and I was able to forward it to my builder for further management.A 5-star review is definitely justified for this company's service. Extremely professional and friendly. Explained everything thoroughly especially for us who were first time home owners. I will be keeping their contact details for future plumbing needs.

I called these guys in a midnight panic after a drain and dishwasher connection went rogue. Their call-out fee was substantially cheaper than the other three 24h companies I had called, and they were extremely polite over the phone.
