Daniel arrived early and fully explained what the details of the job. He completed the task quickly and was very friendly and professional.

Daniel is a legend! Took the time to explain things clearly, and gave us options on how to get our ducted heating up and running. He's coming back to fix another problem that's saving us weeks of unwanted labour and money. I'd recommend him and his team in a heart beat!

John arrived exactly when he said he would both to do the quote and the removal of a gas heating vent and the installation of a whirlybird on the roof. A clean, professional job. I will use the company again and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Had Eren come out for an urgent leaking tap; the whole team including Georgia on the phone was warm, professional and most importantly for a situation where timeliness were tight, extremely on time; the quote was not the cheapest but with a lifetime warranty and them throwing in a replacement of my flexi-lines it was well worth it. Will be calling them back for any future plumbing issues.

I had Daniel attend my property after receiving a high water bill, he came out after hours to glen iris and located a bust copper pipe under the concrete, he had it fixed in no time I would highly recommend fast direct plumbing

5 stars all the way!! Recently had a shower leak & Fast Direct came out within hours. They did a diagnostic testing & unfortunately discovered a pretty major issue. I ended up with almost a new bathroom which despite the unexpected cost looks fantastic. They not only rectified the original problem but organised tilers, a custom made shower screen, they are a one stop shop. More importantly I have never dealt with such a professional trade company. Georgia in the office is a gem, efficient and transparent in all communications. Daniel is fantastic, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Most of my dealings however were with John who is an absolute delight, he is friendly, super professional and really knows his stuff. Again, 5 🌟 stars to all but John is a standout. For all future plumbing issues I will go no further than Fast Direct Plumbing. 🌟
