We recently had a sudden roof leakage after hours on a weeknight, and after calling another plumbing company first, who failed to call back or provide any assistance, we called Fast Plumbing and had confirmation of a booking within the hour. The process was clear and friendly from the initial phone call, down to every detail of the job. John was extremely helpful, ensuring every detail was inspected and well resolved, so we were grateful to have him! Thanks so much team! :)

Tony and Erin from Fast Direct Plumbing did an excellent job on my shower breach and water pressure issues. They were always happy to answer my plumbing questions and they cleaned up which was great. John and Daniel were wonderful. Honestly, the best experience I have ever had with tradies. We had a major plumbing issue and they stepped up, over the long weekend, and fixed it for me. They were both so polite, respectful, kind, honest, patient and hard working. They went above and beyond. They did a great job but also ensured when they had finished that they thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside the house. The work required digging up part of our garden but they were conscious of our garden and plants and replaced them when they finished. When fixing the issue, they also completed the repair to enable better management moving forward. John and Daniel were fantastic and I would highly recommend them.
