Super quick response time and amazing service, John was polite and understanding and walked me through everything, he answered all my questions and was more than happy to look around my apartment building and explain what everything was/did. I've dealt with many tradies and he was the first and only to take his shoes off (unasked) before coming inside my house which shows immense respect for other people's homes. Will definitely be calling on him the next time I bust a gas pipe (or renovate)
