Fast Direct Plumbing installed a new shower in my home, carried out some minor upgrades to a sink and also conducted an inspection of another second shower. I was extremely impressed with their service and professionalism. Not only was the work completed to a very high standard, but the entire team was consistently thorough in their diagnosis and clear in explaining each step of the process. Every team member was professional, courteous, and considerate throughout. I would highly recommend this company.

We called Fast Direct Plumbing for 2 blocked showers/toilets and basins for a second level apartment in Cheltenham Vic so we knew it would be tricky to fix. Daniel came out to see the apartment 4 hours after the initial call which was fast service. Communication was great at all times. Daniel brought the latest Tech equipment, cameras etc specifically for apartments and he was able to quote exactly up front the cost, which never wavered even though it became a 4 hour job. Daniel was very friendly, genuine, plus he showed us all the issues then fixed them all very professionally. No hesitation in recommending them for others, noting it was the first time we had ever used this Company. David

Burst pipe on a Sunday! Daniel arrived within the hour, he was meticulous in his investigation and efficient and effective in the management of the issue. Very responsive and professional — they completed all the roof repointing efficiently. The team was friendly and courteous, and they even surprised us with a Christmas hamper and chocolates. Very happy with the quality of work and excellent customer service.
