John and Daniel were wonderful. Honestly, the best experience I have ever had with tradies. We had a major plumbing issue and they stepped up, over the long weekend, and fixed it for me. They were both so polite, respectful, kind, honest, patient and hard working. They went above and beyond. They did a great job but also ensured when they had finished that they thoroughly cleaned up inside and outside the house. The work required digging up part of our garden but they were conscious of our garden and plants and replaced them when they finished. When fixing the issue, they also completed the repair to enable better management moving forward. John and Daniel were fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Daniel from Fast Direct Plumbing was outstanding. He answered my call outside of business hours when I was completely frazzled about a leaking shower over the bath and he calmly talked me through everything. Daniel was onsite the very next day.

Daniel not only knows the ins and outs of plumbing, but also has a vast knowledge of real estate, insurance, and body corporates, which was incredibly helpful. He was extremely thorough in his investigation and report, leaving no stone unturned. He also came equipped with the latest equipment and technology, which allowed him to produce a detailed, accurate, and professional report.

Throughout the process, Daniel was patient and explained everything clearly as he was doing it, in a way I could easily understand. I look forward to working with Fast Direct Plumbing to enhance my bathroom and I would confidently recommend Daniel and the team to anyone going forward.

We called Fast Direct Plumbing for 2 blocked showers/toilets and basins for a second level apartment in Cheltenham Vic so we knew it would be tricky to fix. Daniel came out to see the apartment 4 hours after the initial call which was fast service. Communication was great at all times. Daniel brought the latest Tech equipment, cameras etc specifically for apartments and he was able to quote exactly up front the cost, which never wavered even though it became a 4 hour job. Daniel was very friendly, genuine, plus he showed us all the issues then fixed them all very professionally.
